What you will do

• Analyse and translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
• Design technical solutions and create comprehensive documentation.
• Develop and maintain reusable code using best practices, with technologies such as Java, C#, React, or Angular depending on the project.
• Conduct unit and manual testing and troubleshoot bugs, bottlenecks, and other technical issues.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables while communicating progress and blockers.
• Collaborate directly with international clients across different domains and geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Business Studies, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of programming fundamentals and algorithmic thinking.
• Ability to articulate solutions using pseudocode or practical tools.
• Proficiency in Excel functions and formulas for data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation, structured, methodical, and proactive working style.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Java, React, or Angular.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Background in business analysis or project coordination.
• Experience working with international or distributed teams.
