TL;DR

IT Consultant: Translate customer needs into technical solutions using web-based technologies like Angular/React and Java/C# with an accent on analysis, design, documentation, and programming. Location: Warsaw, Poland (offices at Puławska 180 and Wronia 10)

What you will do

  • Translate customer requirements into appropriate technical solutions using project-specific technologies.
  • Contribute to system development including analysis, testing, design, documentation, and programming.
  • Work on web technologies (Angular, React), Java/.NET platforms, and standard tools from Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, etc.
  • Collaborate in diverse teams on projects ranging from small private companies to large public sector initiatives.
  • Adapt to varied technologies and areas to continuously expand knowledge.

Requirements

  • Very good English skills, both spoken and written
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, Business Studies, Economy or similar (IT background not strictly necessary)
  • 1-3 years of commercial experience after graduation
  • Experience with algorithmic thinking, problem-solving, and articulating solutions using pseudocode
  • Proficiency in Excel functions and formulas for data analysis
  • Analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, structured work approach, business orientation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Willingness to cooperate directly with external customers
