What you will do

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM and Request Management.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical architectures.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Employee Center.
• Structure and manage CMDB for hardware assets and handle data imports using Import Sets.
• Lead workshops, project delivery in Agile environments, and act as a technical lead for sub-projects.
• Support and mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM.
• Proficiency with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, CMDB, and Import Sets.
• English and German: C1 level required for project communication.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS ITSM) and solid understanding of ITIL.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAM.
• Knowledge of CrowdStrike data models.
• Familiarity with AI Pro or ITSM Pro features.
