What you will do

• Advise clients on the introduction, optimization, and transformation of ITSM processes.
• Analyze existing service management structures and define actionable improvements.
• Design and evolve ITIL-based frameworks and governance models.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder sessions.
• Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of ITSM tools, primarily ServiceNow.
• Act as a strategic partner for IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, structures, and governance.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL best practices (certification is a plus).
• Proven experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• English: B2 level required.
• German: C1 level required.
