Class A Safety Driver (Autonomous Trucking)

Location: Kermit, Texas or Odessa, Texas; 100% local driving required.

Salary: $39/hour with a 4-on, 4-off schedule.

What you will do

• Operate commercial vehicles in local Midland/Odessa operations.
• Support the deployment of autonomous trucking technology in real-world conditions.
• Work with operations partners to improve and integrate autonomous technology.
• Drive frequently and maintain a strong safety focus during flexible shifts, including nights.
• Complete required road testing, vehicle checks, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• At least 3 years of verifiable, current Class A driving experience.
• Doubles and triples endorsements, or willingness to obtain them.
• Ability to pass a background check, practical road test, drug test, MVR review, and current DOT physical.
• High school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Residence, U.S. person status, or citizenship may be reviewed for sensitive roles and national security requirements.
