CDL | Hourly Pay with OT | FREE Benefits (Operations Specialist)

Location: Nashville, TN, United States. Monday–Friday schedule with home every other night.

Salary: $32.00–$37.00 per hour, plus annual bonus and long-term incentive.

What you will do

• Safely operate autonomous trucks on public roads for development testing and commercial pilot operations.
• Haul commercial freight between customer locations and designated meeting points.
• Monitor system performance and provide feedback on autonomous driving behavior.
• Use smartphone and tablet tools to track assigned and completed work.
• Maintain safety standards and remain alert during extended periods of autonomous operation.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Class A driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with Airbrake Endorsement and a current DOT Medical Certificate.
• Strictly clean motor vehicle record with no listed serious driving violations and no moving violations within the last 7 years.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and sleep apnea screening.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and stay attentive while operating autonomous trucks.
