Director, AI Transformation

Location: Remote (United States)

Base salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance bonus.

What you will do

• Define the company’s three-year AI-native operating vision and the plan to achieve it.
• Redesign core workflows around AI capabilities rather than automating existing steps.
• Deploy and oversee a digital workforce of virtual workers with meaningful operational responsibilities.
• Build AI capability across the company through role-specific training, functional champions, and adoption measurement.
• Set measurable operating-leverage targets and validate capacity, cycle-time, quality, and margin results with Finance.
• Own the internal AI tool stack, standards, and use-case pipeline.

Requirements

• Direct experience personally leading AI or automation implementations into production in a real operating environment.
• Strong applied AI expertise, including large language models, agentic workflows, automation, and integration.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, transformation, consulting, or technology leadership, including organization-wide change.
• Proven ability to map current processes, redesign them, and drive adoption among affected employees.
• Experience delivering measurable operating results validated by Finance.
• Strong change-management, stakeholder-influence, and collaboration skills; willingness to work at an aggressive pace.

Nice to have

• Professional services or consulting experience.
• ERP or CRM implementation experience.
• Familiarity with EOS or experience in a private-equity-backed company.
