Vice President & General Manager, Midwest Region (Healthcare Operations)

Location: Hybrid in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with travel to clinics as needed

Annual base salary: $165,000–$220,000, plus applicable bonus and equity.

hirify.global is a pediatric behavioral health practice providing virtual and in-person therapy, psychiatry, diagnostic evaluation, and psychological testing for children, teens, and families.

What you will do

• Own Wisconsin market performance across clinical quality, financial results, operational execution, patient experience, and team engagement.
• Manage the market P&L, budgets, staffing forecasts, clinical capacity, and performance reporting.
• Lead managers and frontline operations staff, oversee hiring and provider scheduling, and develop retention and professional development strategies.
• Improve workflows, operational standards, change management, patient access, waitlist management, and intake capacity across clinics.
• Manage quality, regulatory compliance, incident response, risk escalation, and clinical performance improvement.
• Lead facilities planning and on-the-ground expansion for new clinics, while partnering with clinical, growth, marketing, shared services, and external partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in general management or senior operational leadership.
• Experience leading operational and clinical or clinical-adjacent functions in a multi-site healthcare delivery environment.
• Experience with P&L ownership, budget management, clinic-level forecasting, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Deep understanding of behavioral and mental health services, including quality standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Strong change management, communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
• Fluency with EHR/EMR systems and clinical operational technology; willingness to travel to clinics as needed.
