Senior Solutions Consultant, Higher Education Student Information Systems (SIS)

Location: Remote in the United States or United Kingdom; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Salary: $98,400–$127,000 annual base salary and proposed commission.

What you will do

• Lead discovery conversations with admissions, enrollment, registrar operations, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Design and lead validation experiences, proof scenarios, workshops, and product demonstrations aligned with institutional priorities.
• Advise colleges and universities on SIS modernization, process improvement, payment processing, integrations, reporting, and change management.
• Explain how automation and emerging AI capabilities can improve institutional effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Support RFPs, technical evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and executive presentations.
• Partner with Student First and hirify.global teams while creating reusable demo assets, enablement resources, and SIS best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Higher Education SIS experience.
• Strong knowledge of admissions, enrollment, registration, academic records, and student services.
• Experience working in Higher Education or supporting Higher Education technology solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills, with the ability to build credibility with business and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with student finance, billing, and payment processes.
• Experience with Banner, Colleague, Workday Student, PeopleSoft, Anthology Student, or Jenzabar.
• Background in consulting, implementation, solutions consulting, or sales engineering.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives in Higher Education.
• Familiarity with Raiser's Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT, and hirify.global Integrated Payments.
