Senior Solution Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $125,500–$200,000 base salary per year plus commission and equity

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers evaluating hirify.global and lead technical discussions with engineers, CTOs, CIOs, and other executives.
• Demonstrate the platform, run proofs of concept, and communicate measurable business impact.
• Help customers integrate hirify.global into existing development environments and workflows.
• Own complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through proof of concept and contract close.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, the CTO, and AI Engineering to translate customer feedback into product and roadmap insights.
• Drive post-sale adoption, expansion, and continued usage across customer teams and products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Experience with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Nice to have

• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, developer tooling, or engineering workflow modernization.
• Experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or an enterprise consultancy.
