Senior Solutions Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in London, with occasional in-office presence required at the Shoreditch office

Base salary: £76,500–£87,000 GBP annually. OTE: £109,286–£124,285 GBP annually.

What you will do

• Enable Account Executives with product demonstrations, customized pitch decks, business case proposals, and advanced product knowledge.
• Partner with Account Executives on new business and customer expansion strategies.
• Map business challenges at mid-market and large organizations to hirify.global’s capabilities and differentiators.
• Lead product demonstrations and provide targeted recommendations to customers and prospects.
• Build customized demo environments, business case proposals, and discovery-call summaries using AI tools.
• Act as a technical subject-matter expert and share customer feedback with Product, Operations, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Consulting within data, analytics, or SaaS.
• Experience leading product demonstrations or presenting data analysis to internal or external stakeholders.
• Understanding of modern web technologies or mobile frameworks, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Ability to reliably commute to the Shoreditch, London office when required.

• Proficiency in Spanish, German, or French.
