Associate Solution Advisor (AI)

Location: Remote USA. Candidates within a reasonable commute to a hirify.global office must work in the office at least 3 days a week.

Salary: $70,000–$88,000 per year, plus potential short-term and long-term incentive programs.

What you will do

• Manage high-volume mid-market sales opportunities and support rapid-cycle customer engagements.
• Participate in discovery calls, identify customer pain points, and connect them to relevant product capabilities.
• Deliver portions of product demonstrations, webinars, product overviews, and standardized demo sessions.
• Build reusable demo assets, video content, digital collateral, scripts, templates, and repeatable solution narratives.
• Configure demo environments for common mid-market use cases, data structures, and workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM leadership on messaging and AI-supported sales plays.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, consulting, or SaaS technology.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and comfort presenting to small groups.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with tenacity and drive.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and translate functionality into customer value.
• Experience or exposure to SaaS or cloud-based financial applications, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
