What you will do

• Manage procurement and inventory for one or more product categories, portfolios, or suppliers.
• Analyze demand and supply plans, identify deviations or gaps, and take corrective action.
• Plan, release, and manage purchase orders while coordinating production and delivery plans with suppliers.
• Ensure product availability across eight inventory sites worldwide.
• Track supplier performance and drive improvements in supply reliability.
• Develop inventory management strategies, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong interest in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Analytical, structured, adaptive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Swedish language skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis.
