Supply Network Quality Analyst

Location: Lund, Sweden. Temporary position for approximately 18 months.

hirify.global develops food processing and packaging solutions and operates a global services supply network for spare parts.

What you will do

• Manage logistical quality deviations arising in the inbound area.
• Identify and eliminate root causes and develop proactive and reactive countermeasures for part deviations.
• Act as the point of contact for quality aspects of logistical deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support activities in the hirify.global quality platform.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Supplier Managers, Product Owners, Operational Purchasing specialists, and warehouse inbound staff in Lund.
• Ensure parts placed into stock are handled correctly and according to specification.

Requirements

• Experience reading and understanding spare-part or technical drawings.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and EWM.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, customer focus, and commitment to quality.
• Structured, proactive, methodical approach with a focus on root-cause resolution and practical improvements.
