What you will do

• Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure high performance and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Maintain best-in-class standards for scooter fleet service and quality.
• Collaborate on workflow planning, shift scheduling, and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicle quality and cost efficiency.
• Act as a safety role model and maintain a secure work environment.
• Manage relationships with external parties including 3PL providers, landlords, and local associations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malmö, Sweden
• Valid Swedish driver's license required
• Fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in managing large teams.
• Proficiency with digital tools including G-Suite, MS Office, ERP systems, and data tools like Tableau.
