Site Manager (Micromobility)

Location: Warehouse in Malmö, Sweden

hirify.global is a European micromobility company operating scooter fleets and developing the micromobility industry in Sweden.

What you will do

• Lead fleet operations and manage warehouse personnel, supporting high performance, teamwork, and belonging.
• Maintain high standards for scooter servicing, maintenance, and repairs to improve quality, extend vehicle lifetime, and control costs.
• Plan warehouse and field workflows, including shift planning, performance follow-up, and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Promote safe working practices and act as a safety role model across warehouse operations.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including logistics providers, landlords, staffing agencies, and local business associations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training in cooperation with Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related area, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing large teams and working with multiple projects and stakeholders.
• General knowledge of digital work tools, including MS Office, G Suite, ERP systems, and data tools such as Tableau.
• Curiosity about new technology and AI, with confidence using digital tools to streamline daily work.
• Understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles, along with communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluent English and a valid Swedish driver's license required.
