Senior Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid role with regular in-person work in the Wrocław office to be agreed during the interview process. Candidates elsewhere in Poland may be considered if they are open to relocating to Wrocław.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations across Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination.
• Design and implement scalable processes, workflows, automations, and software solutions.
• Manage, coach, and develop teams while building a high-performance culture.
• Define operational KPIs and use data to improve cost, speed, quality, and scalability.
• Own operational budgets and financial performance, including profitability and resource allocation.
• Lead automation, AI tools, AI agents, and AI-native workflow initiatives in partnership with leadership.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in operations, business operations, strategy, consulting, logistics, manufacturing, technology, or another fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated career progression, increasing responsibility, and experience leading people, projects, or operational functions.
• Experience in a tech-oriented, digital, startup, scale-up, or otherwise dynamic environment.
• Experience improving operational systems, workflows, business processes, budgets, costs, profitability, or P&L-related metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation, AI tools, emerging technologies, or digital transformation.
• German or Polish language skills.
