What you will do

• Manage operational tasks for global Master Scheduling and act as the primary point of contact for delivery escalations.
• Translate short-term demand into capacity requirements for production plants and suppliers.
• Define and communicate the production pace for Filling Machine and Downstream Equipment supply chains.
• Synchronize Master Production Schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) during the supply chain ramp-up phase.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency using World Class Manufacturing and Lean practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Proven expertise in capacity planning, supply chain planning, and order planning.
• Experience leading people formally or informally in an international setting.
• Proficiency in SAP R/3 planning modules or similar MRP/scheduling tools.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management and Engineering, or a similar field.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
