Senior Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote (Illinois)

Salary: $110,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Lead the entire lifecycle of complex clinical assay development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Guide and motivate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Manage project finances, including cost estimates, expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while navigating complex organizational structures.
• Mentor junior project managers and foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in project management for large-scale, complex initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies within the Biotechnology, Clinical Laboratory, or Medical Device industries.
• Understanding of CLIA, CAP, GMP, NYSDOH, and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, clinical, technical, or business field.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
