Technical Program Manager (Gen AI)

Location: Foster City, California, US; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $146,200–$233,700 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Govern delivery of product and technology initiatives across hirify.global Commercial Solutions.
• Partner with product and technology leads on quarterly execution planning, prioritization, OKRs, and workforce capacity.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, actuals, infrastructure costs, and funding approval documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and delivery with product, engineering, operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and client services.
• Coach Scrum teams on Agile Management Methodology, release management, and delivery practices.
• Use Gen AI tools for product lifecycle and software development lifecycle enablement while reporting quality, flow, value, and agility metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years with an advanced degree, a PhD with no experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with technology or product program management, release management, Lean-Agile methodologies, cross-functional leadership, governance, communication, and change management.
• Experience with Agile lifecycle and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Rally, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with project management, reporting, productivity, and collaboration tools including Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with software development lifecycle processes and Scrum or Agile delivery in a fintech environment.
• Ability to work from the US office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Scaled Agile certification such as SAFe for Teams, Leading SAFe, Implementing SAFe, or SAFe for Release Train Engineers.
• PgMP and/or PMP certification.
• Experience with Gen AI tools for product lifecycle and software development lifecycle enablement.
