Associate Revenue Operations Specialist

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Support customer renewals, license management, quotes, invoices, order processing, fulfillment, and post-sales activities.
• Use Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal applications to process orders, issue license keys, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Resolve customer issues, mitigate potential attrition, and provide personalized service throughout the contract term.
• Pull CRM reports, identify operational gaps, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Escalate significant at-risk or closed-lost renewals and support supplier setup and due diligence documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related program, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service support or an order processing environment.
• Experience analyzing business or operational data to identify trends and variations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, diplomacy, customer service, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office applications; NetSuite experience is advantageous.
