Lead Associate - Product (Data Business Analyst)

What you will do

• Partner with claims, operations, data, and technology teams to gather requirements and document business rules.
• Analyze Property & Casualty claims data to identify trends, data quality issues, operational gaps, and reporting opportunities.
• Create and validate source-to-target mappings, data definitions, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support dashboards, KPIs, client reporting, and operational analytics for claims performance.
• Participate in testing, reconciliation, and stakeholder reviews to validate delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of business analysis, data analysis, or reporting experience, preferably in Property & Casualty insurance claims.
• Strong understanding of FNOL, coverage, reserving, claim payments, recoveries, litigation, and claim closure.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills, including profiling, validating, reconciling, and interpreting complex claims datasets.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, data warehouses, data mapping, and Agile delivery.
