Salary: $63,750 - $86,250 / year

What you will do
- Support CX strategy and operations as a trusted advisor for the customer experience team.
- Administer, configure, and support the CX technology stack.
- Analyze data and insights to improve speed, quality, efficiency, and forecasting.
- Lead initiatives to identify trends and overcome operational gaps through reporting and analysis.
- Research and implement custom workflows, software solutions, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Technology, and Marketing to drive team performance and cohesion.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 4+ years of experience supporting customer-facing teams in a fast-growing company.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Hands-on experience with CX technologies such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Mavenlink.
- Proven organizational and time management skills for handling conflicting priorities.
