CRM Junior Analyst (HubSpot)

What you will do

• Manage the integrity of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs, including permissions, properties, data deduplication, and user access.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for HubSpot users, including login issues, synchronization errors, permissions, and upload problems.
• Design, test, maintain, and audit workflows and sequences for business process automation, lead routing, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain Zendesk and Confluence documentation and develop a searchable HubSpot Help portal for internal users.
• Use Jira to track, prioritize, and report on technical requests, bugs, and administrative projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to determine whether business needs require native HubSpot features, integrations, or custom workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HubSpot administration.
• Experience supporting a multi-hub environment across CRM, Marketing, and Service is highly preferred.
• HubSpot Admin or Marketing Software certifications are highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Jira for ticket support and Confluence for documentation is preferred.
