Revenue Operations Analyst Senior (AI)

What you will do

• Map and document current-state sales processes covering pipeline management, forecasting, territory coverage, deal execution, pricing, commissions, and reporting.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, handoff gaps, inefficiencies, and data or process breakdowns.
• Design transformation roadmaps with milestones, success metrics, and scalable future-state processes.
• Partner with Sales Technology and AI teams to develop automated workflows, AI-enabled solutions, and agentic workflows.
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects, coordinate resources, and support process improvement and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Create executive-level PowerPoint storyboards, recommendations, business cases, and ROI analyses while supporting change adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related go-to-market roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, Economics, or a related analytical discipline.
• MBA or master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
• Expertise in process mapping, root-cause analysis, and future-state process design.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into executive-level recommendations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and influence global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or AI program management.
• Exposure to Seismic, CPQ, CRM, CRMA, Tableau, Power BI, or Xactly.
• Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or formal process improvement certification.
