Legal Intern (Commercial) (Fintech)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace with work from home up to 2 days per week

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate SaaS, partnership, marketing, NDA, and professional services agreements.
• Review and update client-facing terms and conditions for accuracy and compliance.
• Create and maintain commercial contract templates and deliver internal legal training.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Product to resolve commercial law questions and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Currently completing a Master 2 in French Business Law, with specialisation or strong coursework in contract and commercial law.
• Previous experience drafting or negotiating contracts through an internship, legal clinic, or practical coursework.
• Interest in or experience with technology, fintech, or banking environments.
• Fluent English, with precise written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity about legal technology and AI tools for contract work.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
