Legal Intern (Commercial & IP)

Location: Paris, France; on-site with remote days

What you will do

• Manage intellectual property protection and infringement matters, including trademark registrations and takedown requests.
• Support pre-litigation and litigation cases in France and abroad.
• Contribute to strategies strengthening protection for games and apps in an evolving legal environment.
• Draft and review commercial agreements for publishing, marketing, and gaming teams.
• Handle publishing contracts, user acquisition and monetization agreements, service contracts, and partnership deals.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Previous successful internship experience in a law firm or a company’s commercial legal department.
• Rigor, diplomacy, confidentiality, listening skills, availability, and the ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of intellectual property law, including copyright, trademarks, and designs.
• A good sense of humor.
