Legal Intern (Corporate/M&A)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid setup with on-site work and remote days

What you will do

• Set up and support gaming studios worldwide, including drafting and negotiating documentation.
• Coordinate with French and local legal advisors.
• Organize signing and closing processes.
• Provide corporate support to French and foreign hirify.global group entities.
• Assist with corporate governance, employee incentive mechanisms, capital increases, shareholder and board meetings, and powers of attorney.
• Support M&A transactions and provide legal guidance to operational teams.

Requirements

• Previous internship experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm.
• Fluent English and French are required; most of the work is conducted in English.
• CRFPA is mandatory.
• Pragmatic, rigorous, solution-oriented, and able to execute quickly.
• Positive energy, a good sense of humor, and strong team spirit.
