What you will do
- Support Art Producers in creating realistic worlds across multiple game franchises.
- Coordinate with Art Leads and development teams to keep art schedules aligned with the roadmap.
- Identify project risks, communicate them, and remove blockers and unforeseen issues.
- Track team issues, collect progress reports, and conduct regular check-ins.
- Improve production processes and team effectiveness throughout the development lifecycle.
- Assist with creating and documenting art pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of organizational experience in the video games or another creative industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management and tracking software, including Jira and Flow.
- Understanding of game art requirements and game development processes.
- Experience with outsourcing and interest in team health, dynamics, and culture.
