Executive Producer (Game Development)

Location: Warrington, Cheshire, UK (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Lead the production organisation across the studio.
• Build a high-performance production culture and develop realistic schedules and delivery plans.
• Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and complex multi-year development programmes.
• Partner with creative, engineering, and studio leadership.
• Manage relationships with publishers, licensors, and external partners.
• Communicate production status and priorities to executives and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in game production or development leadership.
• Experience leading production for large teams of 50+ developers.
• Multiple shipped AA/AAA titles in a senior production leadership role.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines across design, engineering, art, and QA.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira or an equivalent production planning and workflow tool.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid production methodologies, with a pragmatic and calm leadership style.
