Game Lead (Mobile Games)

Location: Full remote within CET ±3h, with hiring locations in Istanbul, Barcelona, Berlin, Helsinki, Lisboa, London, Stockholm, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Build and lead a small team of approximately four people.
• Own the game direction, set clear goals, and drive fast execution.
• Improve core gameplay, game feel, pacing, player satisfaction, and the overall experience of Flappy Dunk.
• Monitor and improve retention, playtime, engagement, and monetization metrics.
• Contribute hands-on across game design, level design, UI/UX, technology, art, and product decisions.
• Improve game creation processes while managing team performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in the gaming industry across development, product, design, art, or related disciplines.
• Experience in the mobile free-to-play market, ideally in game design, with a successful mobile game track record.
• Strong understanding of core gameplay, game feel, player experience, and iteration.
• Leadership potential or previous team leadership experience, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to test ideas, learn from results, and iterate quickly.
• Strong English communication skills and availability within CET ±3h.
