What you will do

• Plan and execute online and offline esports tournaments for shooting game products.
• Design tournament operation plans based on product features, highlights, and release timelines.
• Build official and third-party tournament ecosystems and manage tournament partnerships.
• Create tournament content, community gameplay, and third-party platform events to increase game visibility and engagement.
• Maintain relationships with professional players, support tournament content, nurture potential KOLs, and manage key milestone activations.
• Coordinate tournament planning, marketing, and ecosystem operations while tracking KPIs, user feedback, market dynamics, and tournament data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 2 years of experience in esports tournament operations or esports event execution.
• Knowledge of mainstream esports event systems, community tournaments, and self-organized competitions.
• In-depth understanding of competitive gaming communities, tournament structures, ecosystems, and player dynamics.
• English proficiency for working communication.
• Chinese proficiency is required for daily communication and collaboration with the game development team in China.

Nice to have

• Experience with shooting game tournaments.
• Previous esports operations experience or a record of successfully executing esports events.
