What you will do

• Plan and execute esports tournaments for shooting game products, designing online and offline tournament operation plans.
• Develop and manage tournament partnership ecosystems, creating diverse tournament content gameplay and third-party platform events.
• Oversee tournament ecosystem operations, maintaining relationships with professional players and supporting high-quality tournament content.
• Integrate tournament planning, marketing strategies, and ecosystem operations, coordinating resources to achieve KPIs.
• Track and analyze tournament data, user feedback, and market dynamics to optimize strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in esports tournament operations.
• Familiar with mainstream esports event systems and acquainted with community tournaments.
• In-depth understanding of competitive gaming communities, ecosystems, tournament structures, and player dynamics.
• Proficient in English, able to use it as a working language.
