What you will do

• Lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects as the primary point of contact.
• Define project vision, scope, and schedules while tracking progress and providing regular feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and facilitate smooth team communication.
• Identify and resolve project blockers, assess risks, and develop backup plans.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with the game vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing online/mobile casino games or technical projects.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering quality products on time.
• Familiarity with Agile, localization, and internationalization best practices.
• Must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Poland.
