What you will do
- Build and lead a six-person experimentation team focused on developing new casual mobile games.
- Guide game development from ideation and testing through market launch.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate game teams while ensuring delivery against goals.
- Ship frequent gameplay, meta-feature, and monetization A/B test updates.
- Monitor and improve game metrics, UX, and internal game creation processes.
- Manage team HR, support individual growth, and share game development knowledge company-wide.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and data-oriented approach.
- Passion for mobile games and understanding of game design.
- Good knowledge of game UX.
- Experience in the mobile free-to-play market, with a track record involving a successful mobile game.
- Excellent communication, organization, and execution skills.
- English communication skills required.
