What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed finite schedules for downstream manufacturing operations.
• Monitor schedule execution, identify production risks, and drive mitigation plans.
• Analyze capacity and model alternative scheduling scenarios for demand changes, shutdowns, and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Improve scheduling processes, cycle times, equipment utilization, and planning accuracy through data-driven analysis.
• Develop and communicate KPIs covering schedule adherence, throughput, asset utilization, campaign performance, and planning accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree plus 2 years; or a bachelor's degree plus 6 months; or a master's degree.
• Relevant experience may be in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Analysis, or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand and visualize production models.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and optimize schedules across manufacturing assets with different constraints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across operations, supply chain, and leadership teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with finite scheduling, production planning, or supply chain scheduling.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement focused on cycle-time reduction, throughput improvement, and asset utilization.
