Planning Associate (Medical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate workflow across multiple product lines and support operational planning and prioritization.
• Monitor manufacturing progress and department production targets to support on-time completion.
• Prepare status reports, spreadsheets, planning reports, and average daily shipment updates.
• Analyze daily shop performance data and communicate production status and results to managers.
• Review back orders, current orders, upcoming orders, and on-floor priorities with the Planning Manager.
• Evaluate resource allocation for bottleneck operations and redirect work as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, resolve production issues, motivate others, and apply critical thinking.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time and meet the stated physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
