Desktop Endpoint Specialist

Location: On-site in Boulder, Colorado, USA, Monday through Friday

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide desktop and endpoint support for end users, including laptop and mobile device configuration and deployment.
• Deploy applications using BigFix, Microsoft Intune, and Company Portal on iOS devices.
• Manage endpoint vulnerabilities with security tools and administer Apple, Android, Mac, and Windows devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, email, and productivity application issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain local and network printers.
• Manage software licenses and support endpoint encryption using BitLocker or approved alternatives.

Requirements

• AA/AS degree or equivalent.
• At least six years of experience in endpoint management, enterprise mobility, systems administration, or related enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and managing Apple iOS and Android devices in a mobile device management environment.
• Working knowledge of JAMF Pro for Mac device management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and configure enterprise hardware, software, and mobile applications.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance.

Nice to have

• ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification.
• Experience supporting federal contracts.
• Strong technical documentation, analysis, communication, and issue-escalation skills.
