Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis

What you will do

• Support financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare recurring executive management reports covering actual-versus-budget performance, forecast updates, headcount, and presentation materials.
• Analyze investments and business initiatives, including spend, benefits realization, and forward-looking risks.
• Support financial system enhancements, data validation, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and financial insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools such as Copilot, Power BI, Adaptive Planning, or Workday.
