Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Miami, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship.

Annual base pay: $75,000–$125,000 USD.

What you will do

• Manage and improve FP&A reporting, projects, systems, procedures, and products.
• Enhance financial understanding of business lines, products, and segments to support reporting, forecasting, and business decisions.
• Deliver analyzed financial forecasts supporting strategic direction and budgeting.
• Recommend industry and peer data sources, including benchmarks for business cases.
• Implement solutions to existing problems and provide functional and technical guidance as a subject matter expert.
• Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals while mentoring project managers and collaborating with internal clients, executives, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, problem-solving, and data organization skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet strict deadlines, and drive issues to closure.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Established work history or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
