Head Of Delivery (HealthTech)

Remote | Full-Time | Digital Health & Consumer Health

We are looking for a Head of Delivery to lead our Project Management team and own delivery across our portfolio of digital health products.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Project Management team while managing resource allocation based on expertise and capacity.
• Own delivery across the portfolio, ensuring quality, timelines, scope management, and risk mitigation.
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery and stakeholder issues.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build, scale, and improve delivery processes, standards, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Product Delivery or Project Management.
• 2+ years of experience leading PMs, Delivery Managers, or similar teams.
• Experience delivering multiple complex digital products or projects.
• Strong product mindset with an understanding of users, trade-offs, and business outcomes.
• Experience building or scaling delivery processes and teams.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous environments with a focus on ownership and accountability.
• Understanding of Agile/Hybrid product development.

Nice to have

• Experience in Consumer Health, Digital Health, or HealthTech.
• Background in consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience with Healthcare SaaS or digital platforms.
• Experience in product development or digital consulting.
