Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with office attendance 3 days per week

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial customers through onboarding and platform implementation.
• Lead implementation projects end-to-end through demos, presentations, workshops, meetings, and training.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and improve satisfaction, adoption, and engagement.
• Create self-help resources, webinars, training materials, articles, videos, and reusable demos.
• Automate onboarding processes using online tools and identify opportunities to increase customer value.
• Track customer satisfaction and continuously improve the implementation experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant delivery experience, including onboarding experience in a B2B SaaS business.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and complete project lifecycles.
• Strong technical and digital skills, including the ability to automate tasks with online tools.
• Knowledge of SaaS software, customer lifecycle management, change management, and organisational change.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve customer problems empathetically, and align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Experience working in a metric-driven environment and contributing to a scaling Professional Services function.

Nice to have

• Professional competency in French or Spanish.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their use in automating repetitive team tasks.
