Customer Onboarding Manager (SaaS)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work arrangement with onboarding sessions delivered remotely and onsite as needed.

Product company developing an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform that combines customer data, personalization, and journey orchestration across channels including WhatsApp, SMS, email, web, app, and site search.

What you will do

• Own customer onboarding projects from planning through successful implementation, adoption, customer growth, and retention.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and align business and technical goals throughout onboarding.
• Coordinate internal technical and development teams, agencies, and third parties to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and use cases that support customer ROI and early product adoption.
• Deliver tailored onboarding sessions, user-enablement training, and workshops remotely and onsite.
• Document customer structures and needs, support the transition to Customer Success and Support, and provide feedback to Product.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong time and task management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Product Feed, and Google Analytics is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Project management qualifications such as Agile, PMP, or Prince2.
• Exposure to AI-driven product recommendation tools and algorithms.
