What you will do

• Translate solution visions into clear execution plans, structured backlogs, and predictable delivery rhythms.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial scoping and handover to UAT and post-go-live stabilization.
• Coordinate between Solution Consultants, Engineering, AI teams, and client stakeholders (CX, IT, Compliance).
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, timelines, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Facilitate execution cadences including daily standups, progress reviews, and steering meetings.
• Own the final handover process, including documentation and support transition.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or digital delivery.
• 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise projects with multiple business and IT stakeholders.
• Technical literacy in API-based integrations, webhooks, and reading JSON payloads.
• Solid conceptual understanding of LLMs, AI agent workflows, and iterative AI delivery cycles.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
