Project/Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, limited to Egypt, Jordan, or Lebanon

What you will do

• Translate approved AI agent pilots and projects into defined scopes, delivery plans, milestones, and go-live checkpoints.
• Build and maintain backlogs covering agent versions, integrations, channels, data sources, dashboards, documentation, and enablement.
• Coordinate Solution Consultants, AI and engineering teams, data specialists, operations stakeholders, and client representatives.
• Run standups, progress reviews, decision meetings, status updates, escalations, and follow-up activities.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, scope changes, and delivery impacts.
• Coordinate UAT, rollout readiness, early performance monitoring, stabilization, and final handover.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, digital delivery, or platform delivery.
• At least 3 years delivering enterprise projects involving business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, webhooks, data flows, and data-driven workflows.
• Strong knowledge of scoping, timelines, milestones, RAID management, Agile/Scrum delivery, and execution cadences.
• Ability to read basic API documentation and JSON payloads and translate technical constraints into delivery decisions.
• Conceptual understanding of SaaS platforms, LLMs, AI agent workflows, data privacy, guardrails, and quality metrics.

• Experience in CX, contact centers, CRM, or customer-facing platforms.
