Digital Delivery Implementation Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, architecture, and execution of the scaled digital delivery model from intake through go-live.
• Build implementation processes, playbooks, workflows, roadmaps, and program infrastructure from the ground up.
• Use AI and automation to streamline operations, surface data insights, and support high-volume delivery.
• Define quality standards and performance metrics covering cycle time, throughput, defects, go-live time, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop a blended onshore and offshore implementation team.
• Partner with Product, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering to improve handoffs and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams, including onshore and offshore teams.
• Experience using AI to automate manual processes and applying data-driven metrics to manage performance.
• Experience building processes, programs, or operating models from the ground up and scaling them into adopted practices.
• Experience running high-volume, process-driven delivery or migration programs.
• Hands-on RCM or EMR implementation or migration experience and a healthcare SaaS background are strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and similar project, workflow, or reporting tools.
• Experience building or scaling QA programs or automation in a delivery environment.
