Engagement Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; based in San Francisco, with up to 30% domestic and occasional international travel.

Base pay: $109,062–$142,387 in Zone C, $118,260–$154,395 in Zone B, or $131,400–$171,550 in Zone A, depending on location.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout Advisory Services engagements.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, resources, and delivery against strategic customer outcomes.
• Apply project and program management expertise to accelerate time to value and ensure high-quality results.
• Build client relationships through consultative communication and monitor and report on delivered value.
• Partner with internal hirify.global teams to advocate for customer needs and develop solutions addressing business drivers.
• Travel up to 30% for internal and customer-facing events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or customer-facing Success roles.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering successful project outcomes.
• 8+ years of experience in SaaS companies, product organizations, or technology consulting firms.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and programs.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Business communication skills in Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar certification.
