M365 Cloud Engineer II

What you will do

• Design, implement, administer, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Manage Exchange Online architecture, mail flow, messaging security, retention policies, compliance requirements, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Design SharePoint information architecture, permissions, content governance, external-sharing controls, lifecycle management, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Build Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse solutions, including automation, dashboards, reports, and executive analytics.
• Deploy, administer, govern, and measure adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio solutions, and AI-powered productivity use cases.
• Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation, monitoring, reporting, governance standards, documentation, and continuous service improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 cloud technologies, including 3+ years of subject matter expertise with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform, developing solutions, and creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience deploying, administering, or supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, identity governance, and Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance solutions.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills, plus knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
• Experience leading technical projects and collaborating across multiple teams.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI-powered automation, Microsoft Graph APIs, SharePoint migrations, and information architecture.
• Experience with cloud governance, risk management, compliance programs, and enterprise Power Platform solutions using Dataverse.
