Lead - Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Engineering

Location: Jersey City, United States

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 per year, plus annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery of Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Define standards and best practices for scalable, secure, enterprise-grade low-code and no-code solutions.
• Support and enhance Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Drive platform engineering, operations, modernization, security, compliance, and integration initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead solution design and delivery.
• Drive automation and AI adoption, including PowerShell, Copilot, and intelligent workflows.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• 5–7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.
• Solid knowledge of Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, identity management with Entra ID, and security.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and governance models.
• Strong automation and integration skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship without necessarily managing people directly.

Nice to have

• Experience leading Power Platform programs or a Center of Excellence.
• Familiarity with AI and Copilot implementation.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Microsoft 365.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
