Production Planner (Data Center Manufacturing)

Location: Arvada, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year, plus Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Convert reconciled S&OP plans into time-phased Master Production Schedules by SKU, site, and work center.
• Assess capacity feasibility across production lines, shifts, and work centers during supply and capacity reviews.
• Establish and enforce Frozen, Firm, and Free planning time fences and manage schedule exceptions.
• Track inter-site handoffs or translate network schedules into site-level targets, depending on assignment scope.
• Monitor planned-versus-actual schedule adherence by work order and feed deviations into root-cause analysis.
• Present capacity constraints, cross-site dependencies, and adherence metrics in monthly S&OP reconciliations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, or master scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of MPS/MRP logic, finite capacity planning, and ERP scheduling modules.
• Ability to communicate capacity constraints, trade-offs, and adherence metrics in cross-functional and leadership forums.
• Ability to work on-site in Arvada, Colorado.

Nice to have

• APICS or ASCM certification, such as CPIM.
• Experience with multi-site or network-level production planning across dependent manufacturing facilities.
• Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP.
• Background in high-tech manufacturing, modular data center production, or complex assembly environments.
