What you will do

• Own BU-specific supply plans aligned with corporate strategy and customer demand.
• Manage external vendors, including foundries, assembly, testing, and warehousing.
• Coordinate capacity allocation for constrained products to balance delivery goals and inventory targets.
• Oversee product lifecycle planning, including ramp-up, sustainment, and end-of-life transitions.
• Institutionalize KPIs and dashboards to monitor plan versus actual performance.
• Resolve customer delivery escalations and ensure on-time delivery for critical programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in semiconductor supply chain operations.
• Proven expertise in supply, demand, capacity, and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP and reporting tools.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.
