General Manager - DACH (m/w/d) | Playlist

Location: Based in Munich or Berlin, Germany; responsible for the DACH region.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the DACH growth strategy in line with the global vision.
• Build and maintain relationships with leading fitness, wellness, and experience brands.
• Lead, coach, and empower account management and sales teams.
• Develop supply strategies to expand market coverage and strengthen hirify.global’s position in the German experience economy.
• Partner with Marketing to localize campaigns, launch markets, and manage budgets.
• Use data and performance insights to optimize operations and collaborate with global and regional teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading partner-facing account management and sales teams.
• Strategic and analytical approach to solving complex business challenges.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, marketing fundamentals, and commercial levers.
• Experience building relationships and negotiating with senior partners or brand leaders.
• Excellent communication, organization, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven, results-oriented approach and genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and experience-led activities.
