General Manager (Food & Beverage)

What you will do

• Run multiple stores and set standards for performance, engagement, brand excellence, and operational consistency.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop teams while creating clear career pathways and a culture of accountability.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, improve NPS, strengthen customer loyalty, and maintain consistent brand standards across stores.
• Own store P&L performance, including sales, labour, profitability, revenue growth, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Maintain health, safety, food, and operational compliance while improving workflows and speed of service.
• Lead new store openings and work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and people teams to support expansion.

Requirements

• Full-time leadership role requiring 40 hours per week across five days.
• Autonomy to manage the schedule while ensuring strong store performance.
• Availability during peak trading days, typically Friday through Sunday.
• Experience leading teams and driving commercial and operational performance across multiple stores.
