General Manager (Retail)

Location: Newcastle, UK; full-time on-site leadership role requiring 40 hours per week across five days, with availability typically required from Friday to Sunday.

What you will do

• Run multiple stores and set standards for performance, engagement, service, and brand excellence.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while creating clear career pathways.
• Own store P&L performance, including sales, labour, profitability, revenue growth, and waste reduction.
• Lead customer experience and NPS improvement initiatives to increase loyalty and repeat visits.
• Maintain operational efficiency, health and safety, food standards, and compliance across stores.
• Support new store openings and work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and people teams during expansion.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams and managing multiple retail or food and beverage locations.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including P&L ownership.
• Ability to coach teams, establish accountability, and turn strategy into consistent daily execution.
• Availability for 40 hours per week across five days, including peak trading days from Friday to Sunday.
